If your order is for local delivery, you will receive a 3 hour ETA on the morning of the delivery day, as well as a tracking link. This will come via email.
If you ordered a nationwide delivery you should receive a text message with a 2 hour window ETA directly from the courier we will be sending your parcel with.
If for any reason you have not received your ETA please email us on [email protected] and we will provide you with this information.
